radford restoration was awesome! couldn’t imagine a better company!

My basement flooded due to a faulty hot water heater. My basement flooded for 2 days. Called Radford Restoration and Kevin was at my home in 25 minutes ( amazing!) as soon as he arrived he jumped into action pumping water out of my basement. Before I knew it his crew showed up in the truck with more pumps. My basement was pumped out with in 90 minutes of the first phone call. They used water pumps and water extractors. They were amazing. As soon as the water was gone they set up dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and wall dryers. I know all this terminology because Kevin and John explained everything they were doing. They took pictures of every step and documented everything they did. Kevin and the Radford Crew turned a nightmare into a livable situation. These men worked around the clock to save my basement. They are a Godsent ! After all these I can honestly say that Kevin and I friends ! Unbelievable service from Radford ! Highly recommended

Still can’t believe that Kevin and his troop showed up in under an hour to assist!! Bad flooding issue nearly ruined social plans but they came through with flying colors! Not only took care of the flooding but advised me on mold issues in another area. I asked so many questions and Kevin was very patient with me. True craftsman and a gentleman. Sump pump stoped working in overnight rain .Basement flooded. Radford arrived within 45minutes of our call. Cleaned up water removed debris ,installed a new pump, repaired cracks in foundation wall and waterproofed . They were outstanding! I would call them back anytime or recommend Radford without hesitation.
